Order-Cancellation Policy

An order (or part of an order) cannot be cancelled once your credit card payment is verified and authorised. You cannot cancel your order after having read and accepted STARRABBIT Online Terms & Conditions.

Returns Policy

All items are non-returnable, once sold, unless it is a damaged/low-quality item. In the latter case, kindly report to customer service within 2 days after receiving your order, via “Contact Us”. All item(s) returned must be in their original shipping condition with its packaging and accessories.

IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE TO RETURN OR REPLACE AN ITEM?

Used or intentionally damaged item(s)

  • When serial books / items are unboxed, not returned in a full set or are missing accessories (e.g. TOYs)
  • The item(s) has been torn or is dirty

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AT A STARRABBIT OUTLET?

Currently, STARRABBIT do not have any outlet , thus , do not provide returns and replacements service. If you wish to return or replace an item, please follow the “Procedure for returns and replacements”.

HOW TO RETURN OR REPLACE AN ITEM?

Please email our customer service team via “Contact Us” and give the reason why you want to return or replace an item within 2 working days after receipt your parcel.
